Service was amazing! Food was great! They even gave us a hotter salsa when we received our food. My girlfriend loves spicy stuff so when she saw that the waiter brought us the salsa she was in love! I would definitely come back!!

I loved this place so much until I got my to go order tonight I ordered a giant burrito ranchero I got chicken I come home start eating I get a bite on my fork and I see a piece of chicken dangling about 6 inches off my fork I was so confused I look closer and there is a blonde hair wrapped around my chicken I was so disgusted BUT I was hungry so I put that bite in the garbage start cutting again and find 2 more blonde hairs (MY HAIR IS DARK BROWN) no one I live with has light colored hair I don't know if I will return to this restaurant I'm disappointed

If someone had a Mexican restaurant and gave up on it this would be it. On the surface everything appears to be all systems go, an expansive menu fairly priced with all your usual options but don't be fooled. Once the food arrives prepare for the mediocre/bland/unseasoned version of all your favorite Mexican dishes. It's only redeeming quality was my margarita which was very strong. Probably to help wash down the food I just ate and prevent me from writing such a review. If you find yourself at El Bracero order a few margaritas first then your entree.

We stopped in at 7:30 on a Sunday night. The place wasn't too busy. Not even half the tables were occupied. There was plenty of wait staff for the amount of customers seated. We were seated right away, but then forgotten about. We had been seated for about 5 minutes when a lady dropped off some chips and salsa. At the ten minute mark, after several servers had walked past our table, we flagged down the man who sat us after he dropped food off at the table next to us. We asked him if we could order some drinks. Not one apology that we had been waiting so long. Five minutes later he comes back with our drinks and takes our order, repeats everything as he writes it down. Eventually, our dinner comes out never having received our queso appetizer. When I asked if we could still get the queso, he just made us feel like we were such a bother. My dad owned a restaurant for 15 years. I get that things happen, food gets forgotten, servers have "off" days etc. Keeping this in mind, I was polite the whole time and never showed my frustration. However, we never received one apology for the lengthy wait time, for the forgotten food, or his attitude towards asking anything of him. The food itself was decent, which is why I gave it 2 stars. However, based on the experience as a whole, we will not be returning.

It was really busy when we went to eat here. They greeted us as soon as we came in and were also seated quickly. We were brought our drinks and chips and salsa in a timely manner. Once we placed our order it took longer than expected, but They were busy.
We got our food and the nachos were a little bland ( the cheese sauce was good though!). The burrito could have used more cheese sauce as well and looked pretty lonely with no beans or rice to accompany it. Chips and salsa were good and I can't remember the other dish with the 3 burritos, but it was good as well; the rice was needing more seasoning. Overall the service and the food were good and I will probably try it again (hopefully it won't be so busy, if I do).
